Refund Policy

Lead Retrieval (Scanner) Rentals

Scanner cancellations will be accepted up to two weeks prior to the event for which the reservation is made. All cancellations will be subject to a 25% administration fee.

Sponsorship

Refunds for Sponsorship will be accepted up to 30 days prior to the event for which the sponsorship is made. In the case of sponsorship for multiple events, the cancellation must be made 30 days prior to the first event. All cancellations will be subject to a 50% administration fee.

Hosting

There are no refunds for hosting cancellations. If a policy or service change occurs, clients may receive a notice indicating such and be given an option to get out of their hosting term with compensation.

 

Furthermore, EventZen reserves the right to cancel a client’s contract if its support team is subject to abuse or threats, verbal or otherwise. The client will not be eligible for a refund on remaining time or work not yet completed. The client will receive a written notice, allowing them 72 hours to remove/collect data and backups off the EventZen server, collect copies of work done, any documentation. After 72, access will be cut.
